Usually these feelings of depression don’t last longer than a couple of days, but there are circumstances where you may feel low for extended periods of time. At its worst, depression can be almost completely debilitating, but with the right advice and guidance, it can be treated.

How can therapy treat my depression?
Once you realise you are suffering from depression, it is important to seek help as quickly as possible. Our CBT courses will help you understand more about the condition, change things that you feel are making you depressed and begin to get you back to your previous activities as a way of bringing a sense of enjoyment back into your life.
I liked that it was a relaxed atmosphere, with no pressure and that we set specific goals for each session. I really enjoyed the group it is extremely helpful for over eating problems. The support and ability to discuss these issues has helped greatly.
