Our CBT-based psychoeducational courses and our group therapy courses have been developed to help you understand your problems and build coping skills alongside others experiencing similar difficulties. Treatment is delivered through a weekly sessions held in a private and safe setting, and led by an experienced therapist.

Understanding Self Esteem
